Rental and Cancellation Policy
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, you can move into the apartment from 3:00 p.m. We ask that you arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to collect the keys.
Since our reception is not staffed all the time, we ask that you contact us in advance if a later arrival is necessary to ensure that the keys are handed over. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
Just in case
Everyone is looking forward to their vacation and we look forward to our guests. However, it can happen that something unforeseen happens and you are unable to start your Moselle holiday. This is unpleasant for both parties as cancellation costs may apply.
The cancellation costs are as follows:

|less than 14 days before arrival||80% of the total price|
|premature depature/cancellation||90% of the total price|
|no-show||90% of the total price|
To protect yourself, we therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which can reimburse you for the costs of no-show or early termination of your booked holiday in insured cases. When booking via booking portals (e.g. Booking, Mosellandtouristik), different cancellation conditions may apply.
The rental agreement covers the entire residential unit. Any damage or inventory shortages caused to the rental property during the rental period must be replaced by the tenant without proof of fault. A sleeping accommodation must be rented for each person living in the holiday apartment. Pets are not allowed. After receiving the rental confirmation, we ask that you make the agreed deposit within 14 days. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which will cover cancellation costs in the event of illness, for example. In the high season the minimum rental period is generally 7 nights. Shorter stays are possible by arrangement. The owner has the right to carry out an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
The final bill must be paid by 6 p.m. one day before departure at the latest. In case that the holiday apartment and its inventory are used in violation of the contract, subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of the peace, etc., we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice. In this case, the rental price will not be refunded.
We guarantee the obligation of confidentiality (Verschwiegenheitspflicht) for the rental agreement.
The prices stated in the price list only apply to direct bookings via the guest house. Deviations are possible when booking via hotel booking portals. Once the current price list is published, all previous price lists are invalid. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Cochem/Mosel.
